
Ingredients
1 Box Devils Food Cake Mix
1 ½ cups Kite Soda Cherry Cola, divided
3 Eggs
½ cup Vegetable Oil
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz Hot Fudge
20 oz Cherry Pie Filling
8 oz Cool Whip
Chocolate Shavings (for garnish)
Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine Devils Food cake mix, 1 ¼ cups Cherry Cola, eggs, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 9×13” baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes, until set.
Let the cake cool to room temperature. Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes about 2 inches apart halfway down into the cake.
In a small bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with remaining ¼ cup Cherry Cola.
Evenly pour the condensed milk mixture over the cake, pushing it into the holes.
Warm the hot fudge and pour it over the cake, pressing it into the holes as well.
Spread cherry pie filling over the top of the cake.
Spread Cool Whip evenly over the cherry layer.
Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to set.
Top with chocolate shavings and maraschino cherries before serving.
