HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FEEL THE EFFECTS OF KITE SODA?Our products use nanotechnology to deliver the most bioavailable cannabinoids (THC) to the body, in a faster, more consistent manner than traditional edibles and drinkables. You may notice effects in as quickly as 10-20 minutes, but could sometimes take up to 1-2 hours depending on individuals height, weight, and the quantity taken. We recommend you start with small amounts and gradually increase with each use until reaching desired results.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?Because each person’s body structure is unique, it is difficult to set a predetermined measurement that is right for everyone. It is recommended to consult a doctor or health professional to determine an amount right for you. Whether you have experience with edibles and drinkables or not, we always recommend our edible education below: Edible Education Start Low, Go Slow. Start with One Serving Start with a low-dose or single serving of product until you know how edibles will affect you. Wait Edibles can act as fast as 20min or could take up to 1-2 hours or longer to take effect. Don't Mix Edibles should not be mixed with alcohol or controlled substances.

WILL I GET "HIGH" FROM USING KITE SODA?Yes, THC in Kite Soda can create a "high" or euphoric effect. Effects vary per person and can be felt within minutes or up to 2 hours. Our products use nanotechnology for efficient delivery of THC.

WILL USING KITE SODA SHOW UP ON A DRUG TEST?While KITE SODA is a hemp-derived THC beverage that is manufactured from hemp plants; Using KITE SODA will likely lead to a positive drug test for the most notorious cannabinoid "THC". This will ultimately depend on the quantity you take and the time from when you first consumed your cannabis product . If this is a significant concern, we advise speaking with your employer or doctor before use.

ARE THC PRODUCTS LEGAL IN MINNESOTA?Yes, hemp-derived THC edibles are legal in Minnesota. You can purchase products with up to 5 mg of THC per serving and 50 mg per package.

WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIRMENT FOR PURCHASING EDIBLES IN MINNESOTA?21+ ONLY; No product containing any cannabinoid or tetrahydrocannabinol extracted or otherwise derived from hemp may be sold to any individual who is under the age of 21.

HOW IS TESTING INTEGRATED IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS?All formulations and each batch are tested by an independent, nationally accredited, third party laboratory. We comply with Minnesota and nationally recognized testing requirements listed below: - Potency - Pesticides - Microbials - Residual Solvents - Heavy Metals Results from these tests are compiled and a Certificate of Analysis is issued from the independent third party testing facility certifying the results, and can be viewed at anytime here.

HOW DO YOU READ THE TEST RESULTS (COA)?Certificate of Analysis, also know as COA test results are made available for every batch we make, but unless you have a science background, these can be difficult to interpret. WHAT IS CANNABIDIOL (CBD)?Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound that comes from the leaves, stalks, and flowers of industrial hemp or cannabis. It is the most widely accepted non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in Cannabis sativa plant.

ARE THC & CBD OILS LEGAL?Yes, under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp and hemp-derived products are legal in most of the U.S. They must contain less than 0.3% THC. States can regulate the sale and production of these products. Minnesota passed HF 3595 in 2022, clarifying the sale of hemp-derived THC.

WHAT MAKES HEMP PLANTS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CANNABIS PLANTS?Hemp and or Cannabis comes from the plant family, Cannabis sativa L. The main difference between different Cannabis is their level of different cannabinoids like Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD) to name just a few. According to the Agricultural Act of 2014, American legislation describes legal hemp plants as containing less than 0.3 percent Delta 9 THC.
