Campfire Root Beer Float

Ingredients

Serves 2 – better for sharing!

  • 1 cup milk chocolate, 2/3 melted

  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 1 can Kite Soda THC Root Beer

  • 2 tbsp graham crackers, crushed

  • 2 Pirouline rolled wafers

  • 6 jumbo marshmallows, toasted

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in 30-second bursts in the microwave. Dip the rim of each glass and coat with crushed graham crackers.

  2. Add one scoop each of chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

  3. Pour in Kite Soda THC Root Beer just before serving.

  4. Top with a skewer of toasted marshmallows and a Pirouline.
